Lifetime Warranty Overview
At ToolBox Widget (TBW), we proudly stand behind our products for life. Our lifetime warranty covers any valid issue with TBW products purchased through our website or from any authorized tool distributor.
We’re mechanic- and veteran-owned—and we employ veterans and mechanics—so we understand your need for reliable, high-quality gear. Our mission is 100% customer satisfaction. Most warranty claims are reviewed and, if approved, shipped out by the next business day.
What does “lifetime” mean?
“Lifetime” refers to the expected usable life of the product under normal working conditions, not the lifetime of the purchaser.
This warranty applies to the original purchaser only. If you purchased through our website, we’ll already have your info. If you purchased through a distributor, we’ll need a copy of your receipt or other proof of purchase.
Your Rights Under the Australian Consumer Law
This warranty is given by Toolbox Widget Inc., PO Box 1970, Columbia Falls, MT 59912, USA, support@toolboxwidget.com.au. The benefits of our lifetime warranty and voluntary returns described below are in addition to — and do not exclude, restrict, or modify — the rights and remedies you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. You are also entitled to have the goods repaired or replaced if the goods fail to be of acceptable quality and the failure does not amount to a major failure.
Our 60-day return window and the requirement that items be returned in new, unused condition apply to change-of-mind returns only, and do not limit your rights in respect of goods that are faulty, not of acceptable quality, not fit for purpose, or not as described.
Defective Products
If your ToolBox Widget product has a manufacturing defect, please complete the warranty request form at:

Once submitted:

We’ll review your claim and may request photos or additional information.

If your claim is approved, we’ll replace the defective product and cover shipping costs within Australia via Australia Post.

We may ask you to return the defective item or dispose of it appropriately.
All final decisions on warranty claims are made by ToolBox Widget, but our goal is always customer happiness.
Returns & Exchanges
If you purchased the wrong item or aren’t fully satisfied, we’re here to help.
Please submit your request at:

within 60 days of your purchase and include a brief explanation.
If a return is approved:

You are responsible for return shipping costs.

We do not provide prepaid return labels unless otherwise agreed.

We recommend using a reputable shipping service with tracking.
Returned items must be in new, unused condition with all original packaging.
If items are returned damaged, used, or missing parts:

A partial refund or store credit may be issued.

In some cases, no refund or exchange may be possible.

A restocking fee may apply.
Refunds
If a refund is approved:

It will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear on your statement after approval and processing.

Refunds will not be issued unless the returned item is received and inspected, or photographic evidence of damage is submitted and approved.
Final Sale & Non-Refundable Items
Some items may be marked Final Sale and are not eligible for return or refund. These will be clearly indicated on the product page at the time of purchase.
Non-Coverage
Our warranty does not cover:

Intentional abuse

Excessive wear and tear

Improper use or use outside normal work conditions

Modifications or alterations not approved by ToolBox Widget
International Orders (via Global-e)
If you purchased your ToolBox Widget product from outside Australia, your order was processed by our international partner and merchant of record, Global-e.
✅ You’re still fully eligible for our lifetime warranty.
🧾 Please retain your Global-e order confirmation or receipt as proof of purchase.
Warranty service, support, and product quality are always handled directly by ToolBox Widget.
Limitation of Liability
ToolBox Widget is not responsible for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use—or inability to use—our products.
This limitation applies only to the extent permitted by law and does not exclude or limit any liability that cannot be excluded under the Australian Consumer Law, including liability for failure to comply with a consumer guarantee.
